Are you a Doomsday Prepper Survivalist Planner? Do you think of doomsday scenarios? Are
you already prepped and ready to bug out? Do you have food and water supplies in various places around your property? Do you have a cache of seeds to grow just in case? Do you love watching end of times TV shows and movies?
Do you know how much food you will need to survive? David loves to watch all of the zombie shows and prepper shows. I had never even heard of such a thing until one day I saw what he was watching on TV. It looked interesting. David started getting emails about prepping, doomsday stuff, and how to be ready so he started doing some research.

This page is an index of the seeds David has put together. David wrote all of the pages below so you can get an idea of exactly what you need in a state of emergency. A lot more people started prepping once Covid-19 hit in March of 2020, especially after grocery store shelves were empty. Now in the fall of 2023, folks are getting concerned again.
Don't wait to get prepared. Prepare now. A doomsday prepper is a smart person, ready for emergencies. Don't be a procrastinator. Start planning now for that future emergency, one step at a time. Don't freak out, just calmly make a plan and then execute the plan.
In thinking about being a Doomsday Prepper Survivalist Planner, David has come up with a formula that he calls Formula of One Thirds. Plant 1/3, store 1/3 in three places and save 1/3 for emergencies and trading.
The figures I have given are based on a 1200 calorie diet, for one vegetable or fruit for one person for one year.
Hopefully you will have mix of vegetables, and other things to eat and not just vegetables.
You
will want some chickens in your underground bunkers. Chickens will give
you eggs and if you also have meat chickens, you can breed them for
food.Rabbits are another meat to consider. Their pelts can also be
tanned and turned into clothing. The right kind of goat can give you
milk, pelt, fur processed into fiber for making clothes and other things
and of course you can eat the goat.
Depending on how big your complex is you may have a goat or two, male and female. This way, you can have dairy--milk and cheese. Learn how to take care of animals now. Learn how to milk them now. Learn how to make goat cheese now. After I have covered the gardening, I will try to put some information about animals on the website.
I would suggest you try to have food for yourself and your animals for at least a year standing by.
Where
possible, I will try to give a suggestion for an off color vegetable
that you can grow. You want off color produce because scavengers, will
hopefully, think there is something wrong with them and leave them
alone.
Off color vegetables that you will not find in a store like purple, white or yellow carrots, purple and ripe green tomatoes, white and yellow beets, purple and yellow beans, white scallop squash and many other vegetable. Click here for a set I have put together. This is an heirloom starter set. Grow these for the seeds.
We are adding individual vegetable information as we can. Keep checking back for updates.
Get some garden books to put with the seeds and gardening supplies so you have specific directions when you need them the most.
Build some nice raised beds for practicing your gardening now and learn how to grow. Don't wait until it is absolutely a live or die situation. Learn how to plant, germinate, water, weed, prune, look for pests, take care of, and harvest your food now so it will be second nature to you when it is time.
Your family is depending on you. And while you are at it, make sure you take the time to teach your whole family how to grow food. This is a life skill that everyone should be familiar with, just like back in the old days when everyone had a backyard garden.
We have
grown too dependent on the grocery store and pesticide sprayed
vegetables and prepared grocery store items with GMOs in the ingredients. Even Blue Bell ice cream has a label that says it has bioengineered foods in it. But I will continue to eat it.
Get some books on solar power, wind power, spinning wool into fiber and a herb book on using herbs to heal.
Get ready. You can survive.
